received a reply within 48 hours you should assume that either we have not
received it or our emails are not reaching you. So please send again saying
that you did not receive a reply the first time. In this case, please give
us an alternative email address also (perhaps the emails we send are not
reaching you or being send to your junk mail folder).

If you are registered and, for
whatever reason, you do not receive an e-mail from us with a registration
code or if you reformatted your hard drive and cannot find your registration
code.
