Windows Vista Special Requirement

In Windows Vista you must open and run the "Duplicate Finder" or "Print Directory" program(s) "As Administrator".

This is done by right clicking on the "Duplicate Finder" / "Print Directory" icon and choosing from the pop up menu "run as administrator" and follow instructions.
